Refine Me terms and conditions apply to both consultation and treatment appointments.

Personal Information

All clients are required to complete a full medical history form at their first appointment as well as at various intervals as necessary; this is to allow for a thorough consultation, determine your expectations and support our treatment planning process.

Personal information collected will include full name, title, date of birth, full address, telephone number, email address and medical history.

All information provided will be treated as confidential; it will not be shared with third parties without written permissions and is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. Please see both our website and appointment privacy policies for further information.

Appointments

Consultation only appointments

We offer 30-minute consultations at Refine Me clinics in which we discuss your full medical history, concerns and treatments options.

The consultation fee is £30. This is required at the point of booking your consultation appointment. This can be paid via cash to the clinic location requested, remote card payment or bank transfer to Refine Me Ltd.

A period of 48 hour’s notice is required should you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment. If the appointment is rearranged or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the £30 consultation fee will need to be paid in full again in order to rebook a future consultation appointment.

The consultation fee may be redeemed against treatments should you decide on this option.

If you wish to book a treatment appointment following your consultation a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. The initial £30 consultation fee may be redeemed at this point. The 50% booking fee can be paid via cash, debit or credit card or bank transfer to Refine Me Ltd.

*** A consultation only appointment is required prior to having your first botulinum toxin treatment with Refine Me. Following this consultation, you will then be asked to return at a later date for your treatment once your prescription has been processed and delivered. ***

Treatment appointments for new clients prior to consultation

A £30 booking fee is required at the point of booking your treatment appointment if you are new to the clinic. This can be paid via cash to the clinic location requested, remote card payment or bank transfer to Refine Me Ltd.

A period of 48 hour’s notice is required should you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment. If the appointment is rearranged or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the £30 consultation fee will need to be paid again in order to rebook a future treatment appointment from your ‘50% non-refundable’ booking fee.

The £30 booking fee will be redeemed against the full treatment total during your treatment appointment.

Treatment appointments for existing clients

At the time of booking a treatment appointment a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required. This can be paid via cash, debit or credit card or bank transfer to Refine Me Ltd.

A period of 48 hour’s notice is required should you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment. If the appointment is rearranged or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice a £30 charge will be incurred. This will temporarily be deducted from your 50% non-refundable booking fee until you are able to pay in person at your treatment appointment.

Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice for cancelling or rearranging both consultation and treatment appointments. On failing to do this a £30 charge will be incurred.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible to enable us to make best use of our appointment diary.

*Polite notice*

Please do not attend the clinic if you are unwell; this includes cold sores, colds, local skin infections. Please call in advance you are unsure.

Refusal of Treatments

Refine Me reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed inappropriate for any reason.

Review appointments

Review appointments are offered 2-3 weeks following most treatment appointments. There is no additional charge for a review appointment within the 2-3 week timeframe. Review appointments outside of this timeframe may incur an additional charge.

Children

We do not treat anyone under the age of 18. 
It is politely asked that children do not attend the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised. If it cannot be avoided please bring another responsible adult to look after them.

Payment

Non-refundable booking fees are required as stated above in the appointments section.

The full treatment costs will be discussed and agreed during your appointment. Payment is required in full at the time of treatment.

The clinic accepts cash, debit and credit cards or bank transfer.

Refunds

All consultation and booking fees are non-refundable.

Treatment charges are non-refundable. The treatment fee charged covers the treatment costs as well as clinicians’ time and service that includes but is not limited to: consultation, treatment information and advice, follow up appointment, aftercare advice and support where required. All treatments are delivered with the intention of providing an outstanding, professional service, gold standard product usage, honest and ethical advice, expert knowledge and safe practice. We are unable to guarantee results therefore cannot offer refunds should the results not meet your expectations.

Various skin care products have a 45-day money back guarantee; this will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Feedback

All feedback is greatly appreciated, both positive and constructive. We use client feedback to continually improve our services. Feedback can be submitted verbally, via email to info@refineme.co.uk or via our website contact forms.

Complaints

Refine Me aims to uphold excellent standards of care to maintain exceptional client satisfaction. If for any reason you have a complaint or issue we will aim to resolve it as quickly as possible. An appointment will be made for you to be seen or alternatively you can to put it in writing by emailing info@refineme.co.uk
